| Project Administrator,
Linglestown Road Harrisburg This full time position at our Linglestown office location is required to have 2-4 years experience in the construction industry. Expedition use is a plus. Duties include but not limited to: Handle CM preconstruction bidding process and post award responsibilities Process CM invoices and payment requisitions Generate and track contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and executive summaries Track certificates of insurance and certified payrolls Misc office duties such as filing, assisting receptionist, and other duties as assigned If youre looking for a challenging, rewarding, busy career in an organization that you can actually own through Employee Stock Ownership Plan, this may be the position for you.
