Coming from the North: Take I-71 south to the Polaris Parkway exit. Take a left or go east on Polaris Parkway. You will go through two traffic lights and on your left you will pass the Polaris Amphitheater. The next traffic light is Worthington Road. Take a left or go north on Worthington Road. We are the first driveway on the right (Laurel Health Care building.)
Coming from the South: Take I-71 north (follow 71 and go north past the I-270 outer belt) to the Polaris Parkway exit. Take a right or go east on Polaris Parkway. You will go through one traffic light and on your left you will pass the Polaris Amphitheater. The next traffic light is Worthington Road. Take a left or go north on Worthington Road.
