Liebert Training Center
The Quandel Group was selected to provide construction services for a new $9-million Liebert Training Center in Westerville, Ohio. The new 80,000 square-foot structure will be built adjacent to their current 60,000 square-foot facility and will provide much needed additional training space.
With the additional space, the first floor will house the Liebert Training and Call Centers. This addition will allow all Liebert technicians to be trained to use any piece of equipment throughout North America, and take calls worldwide. Completion is anticipated for spring, 2009. |

Commonwealth Medical Education Corporation
The Quandel Group was chosen as the Construction Manager at-Risk to complete the Phase 1 portion of the new Commonwealth Medical College in Scranton Pennsylvania. Construction was completed on March 20, 2008.
The work involved fast track renovations to the existing Lackawanna Junior College facility including creating classroom and lecture areas, administrative areas and a fully equipped gross anatomy laboratory. The specific requirements for this type of laboratory involved a completely separate HVAC and electrical systems incorporated into the existing building layout, along with plumbing systems to support this unique space. Additionally, extensive technology infrastructure was provided for the medical college areas to allow for the latest in computer learning technology.
This Phase 1 renovation project will serve the Commonwealth Medical College until their new facility is completed in the Fall of 2010. |

University of Scranton
The Quandel Group was recently awarded a contract to oversee the construction of the new $26 million Christopher “Kip” & Margaret Condron Hall at the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA. The new 108,000 square foot, seven-story, 386-bed sophomore residence hall will replace older and less desirable facilities. The project is anticipated to be complete in August 2008. |

Morrisville State College
The Quandel Group was recently awarded a $12 million contract to build a new 230-bed student housing facility for Morrisville State College, in Morrisville, NY. The project will be a 4-story masonry structure with a brick façade and aluminum operable windows. Construction of the project will commence on May 1, 2008 and is anticipated to be complete in March 2009. |

Avon Grove Charter School
The Quandel Group was recently awarded a construction management contract to manage a $7.5 million Elementary School for Avon Grove Charter School. The improvement program will consist of a complete refurbishment and renovation to an existing one-story school, Kemblesville Elementary, which has been abandoned for approximately 5 years. Occupancy is scheduled for the 2008/2009 School Year. |

Norfolk Southern Railway Company
The Quandel Group was recently awarded a major construction contract by Norfolk Southern Railway Company to construct its new Locomotive Fueling / Servicing Facility in Enola, PA. The project includes the construction of a 287-foot long liquid fueling shelter that contains the fueling equipment, paved track and a liquids storage area. The project is expected to be completed in May 2008. |

Tompkins Cortland Community College
The Quandel Group was hired to manage the construction for Tompkins Cortland Community College’s Classroom Facility Renovations in Dryden, NY.
The project is being constructed in three phases. Phase 2A involves a classroom renovation. Phase 2B consists of the construction of a new Learning Commons, Media Services, Library and offices, Group Study Area, Photo Laboratory, New Graphics Laboratory, Fireside Café and Digital Media area. Phase 2C consists of a new Student Center where work started in June 2007.
This is Quandel’s second project for TC3. |

Exeter Township School District
The Quandel Group was recently awarded a construction management contract to manage an $18 million new Elementary School for Exeter Township School District, located in Reading, PA. The new 95,000 square foot Elementary School will house 500 students from Kindergarten through Grade 4 and will contain core spaces for future expansion to 700 students. Construction is anticipated to be completed for August 2010.

Whitehall-Coplay School District
The Quandel Group was awarded a construction management contract to manage a $22 million new Elementary School for Whitehall-Coplay School District located in Whitehall, PA. The new 85,000 SF Elementary School will house grades 4 and 5 and will be constructed on the District’s existing campus adjacent to the Middle School and Gockley Elementary School. Construction is anticipated to start in the Spring of 2008 and be complete in September 2009. This is Quandel's second project for Whitehall-Coplay School District. |

Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre
The Quandel Group has recently been hired to renovate the Third Floor Rehabilitation Unit at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre. The $1.2 million, 9,605 SF project is anticipated to be complete in July 2007. |

Pleasant Valley School District
The Quandel Group was recently selected to serve as the Construction Manager for the Pleasant Valley School District’s $24 million Facilities Improvement Program. The project includes additions and renovations to the middle school, an expansion to their on-site sewage treatment plant, new bus terminal and additional classroom space. Pleasant Valley is located in Brodheadsville, Monroe County. Construction is scheduled to be complete in November of 2008. |

East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania
The Quandel Group, Inc. recently began construction on the new Science and Technology Center for the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
The 3-story, 124,000 SF brick new Science and Technology Center will house the computer sciences, chemistry, industrial physics, mathematics, and biotechnology programs as well as part of physics and biology. It will contain classrooms, contemporary laboratories, faculty offices and multiple interaction zones to encourage increased collaboration among students and faculty members. Four flexible research labs, a planetarium, and an observatory will be held in the building’s 200-seat lecture hall/auditorium. |

Dallastown Area School District
The Quandel Group was recently selected to serve as Program Manager for the new $45 million, 315,000 square foot Intermediate School for Dallastown Area School District in York County. Preconstruction services will begin immediately and construction is scheduled to be complete in 2008. |

PinnacleHealth Systems
The Quandel Group was selected to serve as the Construction Manager for PinnacleHealth Systems for a multi-year phased improvement program at the Community General Osteopathic Hospital facility in Harrisburg. Following the completion of the new Rehab Hospital, which Quandel is presently managing the construction, work will begin with extensive renovations throughout numerous departments within the existing hospital as well as additions in three locations for an expanded Operating Room Suite, Physician Dining and Radiology. |

The Quandel Group was recently selected to provide construction management services for the Whitehall-Coplay School District's $23 million multiple-project, multi-year facility improvement program. Phase 1 activity will be completed in the Spring of 2008.
