We are pleased to announce the following people have joined our team:

Ronda L. Beemer, NCIDQ - Quandel is pleased to announce our newest team member, Ronda L. Beemer, NCIDQ. Ronda will be based in our Scranton office and will market northeastern Pennsylvania as a Business Developer in the Higher Education, Healthcare, Senior Living and K-12 market sectors. She comes to Quandel with over ten years of business development experience and previously worked for local architectural firms. Ronda has a Bachelor Degree from Marywood University. Welcome!

Jeffrey A. Mohn, Jr. - Jeff Mohn recently transferred from our Maryland affiliate, J. Vinton & Schafer & Sons, as a Project Engineer. He started with Schafer as a summer intern and accepted an PE position with them after graduation, where he was assigned to projects at University of Maryland College Park. Jeff has a BS in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University.

Anthony Achampong - Quandel Construction Group welcomes Anthony Achampong to their Harrisburg office. Tony joined Quandel full-time on January 16th as a Project Engineer. He has been a contract worker for Quandel since 2009 and worked on various Quandel projects during that time. Tony has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Certificate in Project Management from ABC.

Glen Arthur - Glen joined Quandel's Scranton office on January 3rd as an Estimator for the newly formed Special Projects Division. He has over 28 years of estimating experience. Welcome Glen!

Jason Smeltzer - Quandel is pleased to announce that Jason Smeltzer will join our team on December 12th as our newest Project Superintendent. His first assignments will be on the Lower Allen Township WWTP and the Lickdale WWTP projects. Jason is a graduate of Penn College of Technology, in Williamsport, with a BS in Building Construction Management.

Steven J. Morra - Steven J. Morra joined Quandel's Harrisburg office on Monday, December 5th as a Senior Project Manager. He has a BS in Industrial Technology, Construction Option, from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT and a MBA from Penn State Capital Campus. Steve has worked in construction for over 30 years. His expertise in estimating and managing wastewater treatment plant projects will enhance our current capabilities. Welcome Steve!

Sandra Felver - The Quandel Group welcomes Sandra Felver to our Columbus office, where she began work on November 30th as Marketing Coordinator. She has over 20 years experience working in the professional services marketing industry, previously working for two of the largest architectural firms in central Ohio. Sandy is a current member and past board member of The Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), a community of marketing and business development professionals working to secure profitable business relationships for their companies.

Hilary A. Evans - Hilary A. Evans joined Quandel Enterprises, Inc. as an Assistant Controller in our Harrisburg office. Her duties will include bank and statement reconciliations, audit preparation, project audits as well as project accounting. Hilary has a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Mansfield University. She has worked in construction for over 15 years. Her experience includes working for multiple companies and joint ventures, she's been involved in software and hardware conversions, importing data, extensive Excel use, monthly and year end financials, accounts receivable, accounts payable, weekly payroll and taxes, union reporting, state and federal tax filings, benefit administration and 401k, generating audit information, etc.
