Phase 2 was highlighted by the construction of a 78,000 square foot athletic complex, which included a new gymnasium, fitness center, athletic trainers facility and field house. A 21,000 square foot indoor synthetic surface soccer field and running track were also part of the extensive renovations.

We found the entire Quandel team to be professionally competent, technically capable and a joy to work with. When we encountered difficulties with contractors, and we had over 13 individual prime contractors, Quandel approached these concerns with a problem-solving attitude. They thoroughly understood the concerns of the owner, represented us extremely well, and worked with the contractors to resolve any issues. I would not hesitate recommending Quandel as construction manager on any project.”
